Claim once again rejected.

Good Day. Claim was rejected again cause The Unlimited says it is a existing illness!!!!! How can you see through the brain? The seizures was caused because of the brain tumour. Mr Anton Van staaden has not had any existing illness what so ever prior to the 7 September 2017 when we phoned the Unlimited to take Mr Anton Van Staaden to ngwalizaan hospital because he had a seizure on the 7 September and was admitted on the 8 September 2017, the doctors at ngwalizaan hospital kept saying it is a CVA/Stroke and it was not a stroke, we felt something terrible was wrong so we signed Mr Anton Van Staaden out of Ngwalizaan hospital on the 18 September 2017 and took him to Empangeni garden clinic Hospital as Ngwalizaan hospital's MRI scan is not working and as you will see on the attachment Ngwalizaan hospital could only organize a MRI scan on the 27 December 2017 and that will be to late as the tumour is very large. we took him back after the MRI was done on the 20 September 2017 at Empangeni garden clinic Hospital to Ngwalizaan hospital and he was admitted there again because we could not afford Empangeni garden clinic hospital. We did not even put in a claim for the admission when Mr Anton Van Staaden was admitted at Ngwalizaan hospital again after the MRI results were done at Empangeni garden clinic hospital. This is breach of contract and seems to me you are trying every thing to reject the claim. I'm very worried as what if something happens to my 2 little girls or myself? We decided as family that Mr Anton Van Staaden will not go back for further treatment as it is his wish. I want this matter resolved as quick as possible. Kind Regards. Daugter of Mr Anton Van Staaden. Cherie Neethling.
