Claim not resolved in 48 hours

<p>Well i started the claim process on my mags on the 29 August 2016, they send me the claim process to take my car to the dealers who wil quote to fix the rims. It is now the 08-09-2016 and still i am bateling with this. I am a customer of theres now for 3 years and never claimed and this is how it is going no thank you. Can you please pay back my money as this is unexeptable.</p>
