Claim decline
My claim was declined because they say that the chips and dents is pealed paint. What bad excuse just because they don't want to fix my Nissan Almera vehicle.

As explained, the pictures received and looked at by our specialist clearly shows that your paint is peeling and as specified in our terms and conditions this is not covered.
