Changing T&C

I took out a funeral cover specifically for both my parents in Limpopo and I am based in Gauteng in 2011, and today when I want to update details on the policy I am told my parents are not covered because I do not stay with them. When I took out this cover I was not staying with my parents and the agents was very aware of this as I made calls to my parents while she was there to get their details.Why does it matter who I choose to cover for funeral? Why do I have to stay with my parents for me to take a funeral cover for them?If this is not resolved I am taking the matter further cos I have payed for 5 years. I have requested for the copy of the contract I signed. I would never have taken this cover because I left home when I was 21 years old.
