Cellphone insurance from the unlimited
I had my cellphone insurance with them for mor than a year. When my 0hone got damaged i send it in and their repairs it. No Hitch. Unfortunately when my 0hone came back, it would overheat and would not fast charge and the battery would drain extremely fast. My phone was send back a second time and the repair company did "tests" but said they found nothing wrong.
I told the repair guy that the phone overheat when playing games and that he should just play it on my 0hone and they will see what happens. I was informed afterwards that they did that and nothing happened. Funny enough is that when I got my phone back and opens Samsung's game launcher, it showed that my games wasn't opened in more that 2 weeks. Because the game launcher tracks that info.
I do not appreciate being **** to and now have a phone that is not working as it had before.
Going to cancel policy and get a new phone, but will never go back to the unlimited with another policy.
