Can't cancel TheUnlimited policy, just stay away.
Once TheUnlimited (Helicare) has you as debit payer you wont be able leave them.
I emigrated out of South Africa 3 years ago and called them to cancel my policy. They never cancelled it.
I forgot about this and just later saw that the debit orders are still going off.
The last 2 weeks I emailed them 3 times to request a cancellation, they still haven't rep****.
Just stay away.
