Cannot cancel contract
I have tried many times before to cancel my policy, yet their WhatsApp responses are not only delayed but the assistant behind the phone has been very unhelpful. Contacting them is impossible as the call instantly ends. Emails do not work as I do not receive any response. Not at all happy with the customer service provided.
