Cancellation Requests Ignored

After being conned (I don't agree with the terms and conditions, which weren't made available to me) by The Unlimited Auto Care on the 9th of December 2015, I requested cancellation of the application to their \Support Team"and was issued with the following:<br> <br> Your reference number is: CC-173217.<br> <br> It is now 6 days later"
