Cancellation of policy a total nightmare

I have a road protect policy with this company. They made false promises regarding the benefits after which i decided to cancel the policy. Went onto the website and found an email adress that clearly stated i could use for cancellation, which i did. Yesterday the debit order still went off and i was told i have to call them to cancel which is NOT what it says on their website. I need this policy to be cancelled NOW, AND my money refunded for this last debit order. I have not used any of the benefits in the whole time i had the policy and they expect me to spend hours on the phone to cancel a policy that was given to me under false pretences in the first place. I want both the cancellation and the refund done NOW otherwise i will take this matter as far as i can. Also, remove my nr from your database and do not ever phone me again.
