cancellation no response

Hi<br> <br> firstly I spoke to an agent named timera, very well presented and very good in what she does and made me put my guard down to actually give her a chance because i believed everything she said before actually reading the terms and conditions before actually saying yes i want to join. Once i gave my banking details , that was the last i heard of her and then i never received the terms and conditions, so i emailed Logan Moodley who got a customer service agent who called me and manage to convince me not to cancel now he will send all documents within an hour which i did receive. upon reading it which was a whole new story so many things that was not explained to me which i asked her so many times over phone and she said yes free this and that but the contract is full of restrictions. I then emailed 'Randheev Maharaj' back to cancel my contract and i did not want to join he never rep**** i emailed again and again 3 times and to date he never called back I emailed Logan and he says i must call in which when i do I do not have time to wait so long. Can someone kindly assist me and give me confirmation that it is cancelled and ii do not want to be billed R220 for this product
