Cancellation ignored for 7 months

So you have again deducted my money from my account this month. I asked for this stupid policy to be cancelled over 7 months back on call and on email. You guys are the worst ive seen in this market by far. This is my final warning ....cancel this policy and refund all my premiums, I do not want a call cause that clearly didnt work with my initial cancellation, im done with softening this landing for you guys . Cancel this policy and refund my premiums. You have been warned!!!!!
