Cancel My Policy

I signed up for this policy with easi med beginning of this year , didn't use this service till last week when I took my kids to the doctor. Your sales rep told us that it is unlimited doctors visits and R15 000 of meds approved on the list. I ask the doctor to prescribe meds on the list witch he did. When I went to the pharmacy to get the meds I had to pay for everything. I was so frutrated I only took half of the meds cause I didnt had enough money at that stage.Isnt this Unlimited suppose to help poeple who cant afford a proper medical aid?What is the use of this service if you have to pay for everything , it is not worth the R400 a month a pay.Thats not all I ask for the debit order to go off on the 28th and you put it through for the 25th. Unacceptable!!!!!! Please cancel my order still TODAY, and stop the debit order from your side with immediate effect, and refund me in full.I dont need this anymore.Please dont try to phone me just cancel. DONT NEED ANY EXPLANATION. My Policy number EMC100645.
