Cancel Auto Elite Policy

Please cancel my policies AE3****4 and AE2****2 as ive tried to cancel it in Jan but was kept on the line for more than 15min and left a message to get a call back and the same happened today. The premium is not what was told so please cancel it ASAP. I will stop the debit order on my side!!
