Bull**** Policy/ Waste of Time 😡

The Worst most useless cover ever. I had this policy for 10 years now and have never skipped a single Debit order. I have been **** to since day one and these people all have different stories.

I claimed for my interior 3 months ago for the very first time, I was then advised I can submit another claim after 2 debit orders. I spoke to the Agent who confirmed I can go ahead and stick with the same company, after waiting nearly 3 weeks for a reply , I was told my claim was Rejected because I requested a quote in 2022 and it was Authorised on their end, knowing I did not go ahead with the claim as they receive confirmation and pictures once it is done. So in 2022 there was a death in the family so I did not go ahead to do my rims, now it was rejected as it's a pre existing damage but the Agents and policy states you can claim every 3 months and was even told this on the call yesterday by the Agent and the previous Agent assisting with my interior claim.

Responses are pathetic, the WhatsApp is of no help, no reply at all. Cancel this bull**** Policy waste of my time and money 😡
