BROKEN PROMISES

When joining Helirescue I was told I will get a free voucher from The Unlimited every month. This was in February last year. I received 10 vouchers (only after fighting to get them). Now once again I have not received any vouchers since January 2015. Even worse, no where can you get hold of Helirescue. If you want to contact them, you have to contact The Unlimited. All you get from them is \We have not received the information"or \"" we will follow up and get back to you\"". Ja good luck on that too. I am seriously thinking of cancelling this as it is starting to feel more and more like a ****. I really hope I am wrong."""
