BIG **** - POLICY WAS DISCONTINUED

<p>I wrote an e-mail on the 18th of January requesting that a copy of my policy please be sent to me as I wanted to claim on some repair work to be done on my vehicle. I have now been paying this policy for over 6 months without claiming. The condition of the policy as I was explained that after 2 month of paying I could claim R3000.00 on any repairs to my vehicle and this would cost me R149.99. The following day I received a phone call again and they advised me that I they would upgrade me to R199.99 per month and that I would have R6000.00 which I could claim.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was advised on the 18th that I could claim but my policy was for R3000.00. I then wrote an e-mail that this was not what my policy says. Then on the 23 January a receive a message saying “THAT MY BENEFIT TO DOUBLE YOUR COVER FOR MINOR SCRATHES, CHIPS AND DENTS HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED.</p> <p>GOOD NEWS YOUR MONTHLY DEBIT WILL DECREASE BY R49.99 IF YOU HAVE A CLAIM IN PROGRESS SINCE THE LAST 3 MONTHS IT WILL STILL BE REIEWED”</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to know what kind of message is this if you have just sent a message saying my benefit to double cover has been discontinued that means MY POLICY IS NO LONGER VALID BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR…… FURHTER MORE I WANT TO KNOW WHY YOU HAVE DEBIT MY ACCOUNT THIS MONTH. ALSO THE POLICY WAS NOT FOR MINOR SCRATCHES, CHIPS AND DENTS IS WAS FOR REPAIRS UP TO R6000.00 PER MONTH AFTER 2 INSTALLMENTS.</p> <p>THIS INSURANCE IS A BIG **** AND PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW THIS . I THINK THIS SHOULD BE AIRED ON MEDIA PLATFORM' SUCH AS RADIO 702 OR CARTE BLANCHE . YOU SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO STEEL FROM PEOPLE THIS WAY. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE ALL MY MONEY BACK THAT I HAVE BEEN PAYING SINCE YOU DISCONTINUED THE POLICY………………………………</p> <p> </p>
