BEWARE THE UNLIMITED
In a time where IDENTITY THEFT and ***** is rife, THE UNLIMITED has sent me 4 reference numbers in acknowledgement of my e-mail complaints received, regarding a consultant calling from *** extracting my personal information, whilst promising free data and airtime for life, lying about e-mail confirmation to be sent to me and wanting to sell me a SANTAM policy - without acting on the complaints. Irrespective of these e-mails and several phone calls to THE UNLIMITED the SAME consultant called me from the SAME number trying to sell me an AUTO PRESTIGE policy. An entire week later there is NO FEEDBACK coming forth from The Unlimited, although requested in writing as well as telephonic-ally. I supp**** exact dates and times of telephone calls received from *** - it cannot be that difficult to investigate . . ?! MY QUESTION: WHAT DID THE CONSULTANT DO WITH MY INFORMATION? REMAINS . . .
