Best sales call ever
Hi. Today my adopted mother received a call from your Toti branch. The lady that called is Hester, a team leader. Marthie gave me the phone to help with her decision. I was met with the most energetic and friendliest person ever. Not only was she friendly but super professional. This was the best telesales call I ever had the privilege to be part of, and her whole mannerism made me want to support her and her business. Hester, as a previous employee of the Unlimited, you will go far and this was truly a blessing to speak to you
