Being ****** by The Unlimited
My Company has had debit orders come off it's account since March 2021 paying "The Unlimited", even though we have no policies or any agreements with the "The Unlimited". I contacted your help desk and was given a customer email address. "***"
I emailed this address with our proof of banking details, PDF's of the debit orders deducted and an explanation of scenario. Requesting that we be refunded in full including the debit order costs and an explanation given as to how Unlimitedhas managed to help themselves to our funds.
I have not even received the courtesy of a reply to the email sent on the 4th of May 2021 and the debit order has increased in value as of the end of May!?!
I intend to open up a case of theft with the South African Police service if this issue is not dealt with swiftly and decisively!
