Bad service, empty promises a biggest ****

Last year the unlimited warranty called me regarding an offer they wanted to give me regarding warranty of my car, they offered me up to R200 000 yearly unfortunately i did not know that they are a ****, i made a claim this month for my car they are coming with stories that they will only pay R12 000 and my claim is more than that they dont take call but if you are lucky they will hang up or make you stay in a phone call for more that 30 minutes and they don't return your calls. they are a ****; they made me tow my car from Zeerust to Johannesburg they only want to pay R2000 while i pay more than that. if you join The unlimited they won't pay your claim and they will not will send you from pillar to post.
