Bad service!!!

So yesterday i try to claim for my car number plate that got damaged when hitting a car infront of me two months ago and the unlimited auto elite phoned me and i was happy to take te policy with them as it was said to me that they can repair the damage. So yesterday i phoned first of all they dont answer any calls or even claims that was sent online(no good impression) as i was getting tired of waiting i phoned then so i started speaking to a person in the customer care deparment i explain my stort and then suddendly they change and says it is not covered. I requested a recording of the conversation i had as i received it and listen to it I CLEARLY EXPLAIN WHAT MY PROBLEM WHAT AND THE PERSON SAID THAT THAT SPICIFIC PROBLEM CAN BE REPAIRED!!! I really do not understand that how 2 months when they phoned me that they have one story and then two months later after taking my money and decide that they can change their minds. So sick of this. I will never recommend any one to this company as they lie and then all of a sudden you are the one in the wrong. Why would i take out something i dont need if it doesnt cover everything i need to be covered on my car that is why i explained that! This is really not acceptable!!
