I have once again realised why these dent/scratch remover companies should not be supported. I do have a short term insurance for my car but they have convinced me that I will benefit from them. I now had my 1st claim and they went out of their way to try an prove that my scratch was not a scratch. It is exactly how they operate to promise you the world when they want to sign you up they look for any excuse not to pay.
