Auto Elite product - beware!
They do not honour their commitments as stated in their policy documents. Referring to the Auto Elite maintenance product. In the policy agreement they mention they don't cover pre-existing damages ie damages that exist before the policy was acquired. BUT after my first claim they suddenly change "pre-existing damages" to mean damages that existed when the claim was made. Since they only cover R3000 at a time i could not fix everything in one go. According to their policy, i could wait 3 months and then claim for another R3000 worth of damage, but they changed their tune and rejected the claim. They did call me after my first Hello Peter review, promising to honour our agreement, but a week later they have not been in contact.
