Atrocious Service

Absolutely disgusted by the service received. We have a scratch and dent cover with The Unlimited. We've had it since July. Now that I want to find out who we can use in our town to have the dents and scratches removed the staff keep telling me that only the policyholder can put in a claim. I ONLY WANT TO KNOW WHO THE SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE NOT PUT IN A CLAIM!! My husband cannot phone during your hours because he is at work and doesn't have time to deal with this as well!

In September I tried to get the same information and I never heard a word from them, no one is willing to help the clients.

We've been paying for something that we have not been able to use once! I honestly want the money refunded to us as this has been a waste! Once again The Unlimited shows us that they don't help customers and are just here for the money.
