After cancellation of service they Blacklist me

After I cancelled my account they Blacklisted me!!!! I was trying to get funding for my Business and was declined because they added me for 2 charges i had to keep reversing cause they were dodging my requests for unauthorized debit. I am a paranoid IT Specialist and have proof Dates, time Stamps of e-mails Voice Recordings I want a letter of retraction or I am going straight to every newspaper I can think of I want a response immediately!!!!!!

Hi Yes Apologies it's a Business Number was on phone with Client. After a while somebody phoned and are going to write a letter to forward to Bank. They were very Friendly and Appreciate the Quick Responce. How ever I am keeping this Ticket Open cause I have been promised the very thing that started this before and got Burned. If Letter comes through Stating that I have been trying to Cancel the Insurance Long before the date Stated on my ITC Profile then I will place a Very Good Review. Kind Regards

Hi Thank you got the Letter hope they except it that way. Just for the record I never said you were a Financial Credit Provider. I apparently had a Medical service plan from you guys and Deductions were Made and I tried EVERYTHING to get in contact to Cancel and aventualy came through can't remember the name of the lady and she Insured me the Call is being recorded and I Insured her from my side as well have it on record but she never came back to me so I Reversed the Debit Order 2 time's and Both those times are on my Record at the Credit Bureau now and i am up as a Bad Payer As I am Not!! My point is if she did her Job I wouldn't had to stop the Debit Order and my Perfect Record would still be intact... But thanx anyway sending letter through will keep in touch. Kind Regards
