A policy was opened using my details without me being aware by a consultant named Luyanda Nene I never agreed to anything nor spoke to anyone regarding a policy now my account is being debited every month Whenever I cancel, they send me an SMS that states I've canceled my policy yet my account is still debited The policy number they gave me Whenever I called to cancel is TU***5- 2

16 Dec 2025, 11:47I really hope the investigation will be conducted because the consultant I spoke with earlier regarding me laying a complaint had said she will send me an email even now I'm still waiting for the email
So I really hope you will stick by your words in terms of conducting the investigation.
And when you guys find out that I did not open any policy with luyanda nene, I request all the money you debited from my account.
