A claim was submitted in November 2024 to repair minor scratches outside and inside the vehicle. 1st claim....Up till now, 18th February, it's still not done. I called them in January to ask what the delay was. The answer was that we had to look at your policy and make some amendments. What amendments, they could not answer me. I was also informed they dont cover interior, yet when I took out the policy again? The sales peson insured me its coverd. Now it's not. I need to call and send emails to follow up. The car was taken back 3 times to do the forms. Between them and the panelbeaters, no communication. Thursday, I called in ok we will call you back. Nothing. Called 1 February, and we will call you back in 10 minutes, still waiting. After an email was sent yesterday to ask, can i get an answer, or maybe take it to another panelbeaters. This is what I got.
