Hellow guys I was called by the unlimited group for the policy called accidentally cover, promising to cover myself incase off accident happened and they say i will get 1000 rand per day in hospital the cover was worth 100 000 rand.I find it intresting and i accept the offer they promise to send me all documents with the policy number amd I have my details including banking details and they start derbiting the amount we agreed on and it was R149 per month,I payed my first installment and I called them to email me the policy documents they promise to e-mail it but they did not but still deducting money into my account after 6 months the I saw the money now has been increased without them letting me know.I called them again they said policy has increased they are sorry for the inconvenience I ask them about the documents they promise to email but now they are increasing money without my permission.The answer was we appologisng sir we will not do this mistake again I accepted their apology thinking something will chnge since i needed that cover the ff month they continue to deduct money without sending any documents I den called them ask them to please cancel the policy they even send me emails saying they will cancel the police but they stil taking money from me I went to the bank to make reversal and I found that they have block the bank from helping me do the reversal even now they still taking my money without my permission can any one assist I have emails and calls that I made are recorded this company is a ***** please guys be carful I have now decided to open the new bank account
