5 Claims later still no repairs
I've called the unlimited group to log a claim for some repairs to one of my cars interiors. I called 5 times,holding on in excess of 5-10mins, 5 different people logged 5 different claims promising to call back my last attempt was 2 weeks ago.
This is poor service at best, i regret even taking out this policy. I will not recommend the unlimited to anyone!! do not go down the avenue of cancelling your policy just another level of ******** they tell you.
Don`t fall for the promises they make when they sell you the policy
