25.25% increase in premiums

Two premium increases in 7 months? Am I a high risk? 25.25% increase from January 2022? 12.1% increase in May 2021. No benefit increase? CPI 5%. At least you could increase benefits by 5%. Your call centre not helpful in this regard at all. Cash back **** don't work if you stay in a rural area. Shopping around for premiums and benefits from your competitors that make sense. Give me a honest call regarding this *******? Do your employees get any salary increases??

 Hi Steph****,

Thank you for your message. Please note that it’s that time of the year where we review your membership price, and unlike many other businesses that just expect you to pay more, we actually give you more! We’ve done a full assessment of all your benefits and the value that you are getting as a customer. Our team has worked hard to ensure that your new price is market-related, keeping you and your family covered and you get exclusive access to The Unlimited Rewards, where you can save hundreds of rands on groceries every month. If you think about it, your cashback could cover your membership fee, and even pay for itself. We’ve just tried to get a hold of you and unfortunately, we couldn’t get a hold of you. When you’re available to take our call today, please send us a message below. Alternatively, you may contact us on ***.
