Dissatisfied with the way things are conducted in this place

Today I booked into this hotel in Dr Pixley Kaseme street in Durban. The corridors were so dirty, my room didn't even have bathroom towels. My bed not neatly made like my 10 year old daughter made my bed. To make matters worse I came back from ICC around 00:00 and downstairs bunch of people were drinking had their speakers on full blast and making noise.

Drunk people were making noise in the corridor. It is so difficult to even sleep, mind you I am on holiday here. I feel like I'm in boarding school all over again no boarding school is better there is order at this time of the night.

Management did not do anything about this. I have wasted my money here. I would never recommend this place to anyone even if it was the last resort available, NEVER!!!
