No refund for an unfulfilled order

I ordered a bed from Uncommon Room and paid a 50% deposit in December 2025. They promised to deliver the bed within two weeks. After the two weeks had passed, they requested an extension, explaining that some materials were unavailable because suppliers were closed.

They failed to keep me updated on the progress. By early January 2026, I cancelled the order and requested a refund. They refunded only about a quarter of my deposit, and as of February 2026, I have still not received the full amount.

I have been patient throughout this process, but their continued delays and lack of communication are unacceptable, and I feel I am being taken advantage of.
