Stay away from the Ultimate Party Bus!
I wish to share a horrible experience concerning my booking with The Ultimate Party Bus (https://theultimatepartybus.co.za/) for a private event on 6 December 2025. Based on the salesperson's strong recommendation that a 4-hour booking would be insufficient, I contracted and paid for a 6-hour service, scheduled to begin at 17:00 from our designated pickup location. The vehicle arrived at 20:40, and our departure occurred at 20:55—a delay of nearly 4 hours. This rendered the core purpose of our booking impossible, as many guests had pre-arranged commitments (such as babysitters) based on the originally contracted 23:00 return time. Consequently, the service provided was usable for only approximately 4 hours. Following the event, I have attempted in good faith to contact the company via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls to resolve the issue of a substantial overpayment for services not rendered. To date, my requests for communication and a resolution have been ignored. I am posting this review in the hope that it informs warn customers and encourages The Ultimate Party Bus to address this matter professionally.

Bus Company ****!
https://theultimatepartybus.co.za/ Please do not use this company, they’re a complete ****. They do not answer phone calls or WhatsApp messages once they’ve got your money. They then promise to call you back and never do, they also promise to refund your money but also don’t do so. STAY AWAY!!
