Poor aftersales from The Ugly Duckling.

I purchased over R20000 worth of furniture and decor from the company. I spent R2400 for 2 wooden bowls which were coated with a clear resin. After about 4 months of having them, the resin changed to a yellow colour. As we bought them from the berg I waited till my next trip to take them up to the shop. This last weekend I took the bowls up for the owner to have a look at them. This was met with very poor aftersales service from the owner. He frankly did not even want to see the bowls and said he could not do anything. He was rude and did not care to listen to my story. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
