Twelve Apostles Hotel bad service/food at high tea

We looked forward to a wonderful high tea Sunday 15 March 2015. We were however badly disappointed. The waitress badly introduce the process by giving the price etc. We had brought a guest and did not think that was appropriate. Tea not served in silverware, drinks not all included, only one drink part of package. Plenty of noise from the kitchen and waiters, people smoking in the doorway, just overall bad service. The food/cake also not anything to write home about, like a chef who made the right stuff, but that was not understanding what he was doing.<br> <br> All over a bad experience and a total waste of a Sunday afternoon and the money we spent on a 'high tea'.<br> <br> Thank you, but you will never see us again!!
