Standard Hotel, not Value for Money

The Twelve Apostles is not a 5 star hotel. The best thing about the hotel was is the customer service, the staff are really professional and friendly. The SPA is so cold and not cozy at all. I had a bad experience at the SPA which made it even worse. Definitely not value for money.
