Hotel The New Tulbagh Hotel

I booked in at the Tulbagh Hotel ...on the 11 September 2019 at passed 11pm evening .The room was so dirty ...when we got to the room the toilet ,carpets and there was only one dirty towel ...Not to mention the sheets was very very dirty ...Their expectation of the Hotel is not true reflection advertising .I tried to get hold of the Manager ...apparently He was in meeting that day ...I requested my monies back ...Because I could not stay there for longer due to health .I booked out that same evening the Manager did not even try and contact me back .I have phoned the Manager on the 17th September 2019 and apparently was not aware of the whole case .
