Fleeced and thoroughly dissatisfied by Innscape Classic Hotel

The New Tulbagh Hotel which is now called the Innscape Classic Hotel uses predatory and covert booking agents who charge an arm and a leg for separate booking fees charged onto a naive and clueless customer's card details.

The rooms in the hotel are generally filthy and have stained upholstery that reeks of cigarettes. Our rooms curtain was halfway dangling off it's railing. The bathrooms are faulty with drains that are clogged and showers without curtains. And whenever the suite next door used their faucets the pipes would make a rattling commotion and that would immediately rouse you from your sleep.

Our stay was dreadful and I would rate this establishment zero stars out of five.
