America not so great!

Through no lack of trying, but to date the outlet still has not given me any reason to believe that the cap ordered in August will be delivered to the given address. I have tried on numerous occasions to obtain a tracking number for the delivery but to no effect. They just don't acknowledge any correspondence. They don't supply a phone number so we just left hanging in cyberspace. Order confirmed with #21617.
