TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TIME

The treat Boksburg branch can has terrible service sometimes. I waited for almost 2 hours to get my nails done and I arrived there 15min after they opened. One of the nails technicians, Michelle, attended to her friends/known customers who came and found a long line of ladies waiting. She did not even extend an apology to the ladies who have been waiting and request to attend to that customer first.
