Overpriced, horrible end result and despicable service.

I'm not of a person that complains about service but you guys took it waaay too far this time. I came into your Midrand branch on Saturday and sat there for such a long time. The lady that works the desk there (Thandi) put 2 people ahead of me who had JUST walked in and **** and said they were there earlier that morning.

When I got up just about ready to leave, she then sends me off to another section of your salon which just dodgey and cold and the staff is not attentive at all!

The lady who did my nails was very rushed because she had a repeat client who was doing her nails after me. I walked out of there EXTREMELY unhappy with the service and what my nails looked like. And you guys are very over priced, you say one thing on your Instagram page and when we get to your branches we get charged something completely different.

Thats the last of my money that The Treat Midrand will ever see!

Get new management for this store or close it down.
