The storefront looks ********** and we should have turned around right there. After waiting at a shabby pay desk without anyone manning it and nobody coming to assist us, we tried to get the attention of some of the staff while they proceeded to ignore us/stare at us. When we finally found someone and tried to pay, she told us their website prices are two years old and not updated, and the treatments we were looking to get were almost ×3 as expensive as indicated. The unhelpful staff then left us alone without any assistance again, and after a while someone told us to wait for a lady who was busy waxing. At this point so much time has been wasted and we still haven't been given the exact new prices, when the other lady came out and told us the *correct* prices and left us alone waiting once again, we decided to leave. There is no clear area where staff members assist customers, the salon is filled to the brim with loud, rude customers and the entire experience was unpleasant, uncomfortable and beyond frustrating. The only reason we went is because of low rates, false advertising!! Won't ever return and would not recommend for anyone, especially not a caucasian person. Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible.
