PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS THE STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE ARROGANT. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO BADLY MIST-TREATED IN MY LIFE. The nail technician was Ashley. She was arrogant, rude and defiant. As a 60 year old woman I have never been spoken to like that as a customer. OMG. They berated me over the phone the next day when I tried to call to get the number of the owner and was told to F-off on multiple occasions. Finally spoke to someone that claims to be the owner (have my doubts) and she was just as bad. Apart from the way they treat customers their products are bad quality and the nail technicians are terrible. This was my 2nd time there the first time the technician cut my cuticles so badly on 3 of my fingers when I complained she just carried on speaking to her mates in their home language. I went online and I have over 20 screenshots of poor reviews all complaining about the exact same thing. Wish I had checked before. Please do your due diligence and go check out reviews online. You will be horrified. Don’t support them. There are so many other business that are better and treat customers with dignity.
