Nails gone wrong and bad hospitality

I am really not happy with their service, I did my nails there and they cracked/broke in less 5 days, went there for repairs and the lady was not nice at all… she filled my nail to my cuticle until I bled… she painted my nails with a wrong colour and when I addressed it with her she gave me an attitude and threatened to pass me to the next person also on the broken nail she used acrylic to patch it instead of replacing is… I am really not happy more especially considering the money I paid…
