Terrible service, DO NOT USE THEM

Bad bad bad service, they cancelled our international trip 5 days before the departure without any warning. They failed to book flights on time and claimed that the prices had gone up. It was a huge loss to all the travellers as preparations were already made, leave was booked, clothes were bought and excursions were already booked for which we could not receive refunds and The Travel Plug did not cover our losses. It took more then 2 months for them to refund the money that was paid to them.
