Bad service: Empty promises 🛑⛔️❌

Our Bali trip was cancelled few days before departure in August. It’s now December we are still waiting for our refunds. They make promises every month but never get to deliver.

My friend had a terrible local travel experience with them just last month.

Advice stay away and directly book with the service providers or long standing service providers.
