Extremely Bad Service

<p>We booked a trip to Seychelles leaving on 11th Feb and to date have not received our tickets or hotel confirmation. Consultant reads my e-mails and then claims not being in the office. I really hope that when we need to depart and get to Seychelles things will be confirmed. This now also delays us in getting Forex. Really disappointed will definately never use them again. </p>
