Trailer boys Fourways, I will use the place around the corner next time
I never write reviews, but the customer service was so disappointing: I rented a trailer on a Friday and told them I wanted to deliver it back on the Monday. They did agreement, I paid and then asked what time they closed on Monday. I was only then informed I had to bring it back before same time I rented (if they had told me this before I could have gone and collected later on Friday) but agreement was now signed. I told them I would most defiantly be later, and she said no worries there may be a small penalty. On deliver (2 hours over, and many trailers in the yard so no loss of income for them) I was charged a full extra day. I asked why they said small penalty and got stare with zero interest. If I had been told this, I could have delivered back on Tuesday without trying to rush back in traffic. And trailer I wanted was not available so even took a bigger one and paid more without a fuss.
