The Tracing Group ****med me

I don't want to give one star, but it seems I have to. I had exactly the same experience as Sharon (November 23). They sent a quote then informed me the job was complete. I paid. Nothing happened. I emailed. No reply. In desperation I telephoned to get told off by some dude that the report had been sent. I asked for it to be sent again. He said he would. Nothing happened. I phoned again. This time the dude yelled at me then hung up. I tried opening a "new" investigation with them. (To investigate why I had not received my report.) That got a response. "We deleted your file after we sent you the report as per our operating protocols." Use them, by all means. Just don't expect to get anything back.
