Payment made and no full trace report provided as agreed to

We requested tracing of a client with who we lost contact, address and contact number. They confirmed a positive trace and would only release on payment of their bill of R1 200. (expensive in the Industry). We paid and more than a week later there was no report and the only way to reach them was on the pretence of having a new instruction. When saying we would report on social media a report was sent without a contact number, and today two weeks later still no contact number has been provided.
